Everything is updated now which is the exact opposite of what Google Reviews states in their "recent guest reviews" description. Hands down, the nicest hotel in Lincoln Nebraska! I've stayed at The Cornhusker by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, The Graduate (also by Hilton) as well as other top rated hotels in downtown Lincoln and none of them are nearly as nice as the embassy.
First time staying here for a conference. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome! We hung out in the bar one evening and the bar staff were super personable and fun to be around! Loved the omelet bar that was included in breakfast. Great place!
Stayed one night and throughly enjoyed it. Kevin who was making the made to order omelets was exceptional. I would definitely go there again given the opportunity.
The Legacy Terrace held its Employee Appreciation Dinner. The food was awesome and who can complain about endless dessert table. Wait Staff did their job well and Meddie was Top Notch. She smiled and cleared tables effortlessly like it was second nature.
Wonderful Hotel with great service and restaurant. Made to order breakfast was amazing! I will be staying here every time I am in town!
I stayed here while on a business trip. I was completely happy with the room, service and breakfast. The only downside, is the bar has last call at 9:30pm. It is an open atrium style hotel, so I understand why the bar doesn’t stay open late. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Lincoln.
I have been to this location twice. The rooms are Embassy suite rooms. I like them. Room service for the restaurant was not available both times. I had the same lady check me in both times, and she seemed bothered by my presence. The check out service was fine. You have to pay to park here, so that's unfortunate. I have to come to this location when I travel for business due to my company restrictions. If it weren't for that, I would go elsewhere just to try. Update: My last stay was excellent.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Cindy! From the moment I checked in, Cindy went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. Her warm smile, attentive demeanor, and willingness to accommodate my every request made me feel great! I had to extend our stay by an extra day, due to my kids being sick. She made sure to have housekeeping respect our privacy and accommodate our requests. Thank you!! Also, hotel is super clean! *5 Stars! * Breakfast * 5 Stars* Customer Service * 10 stars*
